The room was uncomfortable, full of mosquitoes, the bathroom was dirty, and the water suddenly turned off while I was defecating. I asked for towels, but they were delivered twice. This was the first and last time, I guess. 🤧

Uncomfortable. Perhaps they're renovating, so they gave us an unclean room. Hopefully, this hotel will improve. The service was very friendly, but the room, bed, and bathroom could be cleaned better. There were tiny worms.

The location is excellent, close to the culinary center and Jatiland Mall. It's convenient for transit. Breakfast was quite tasty, though not very varied. When I stayed, renovations were underway on the third floor, making it a bit noisy during the day. The TV didn't work. The air conditioning and hot water were functional, but there was no water heater.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the wifi wasn't working, when we checked in there was no towel, the bedroom floor was dirty and sticky, the walls and ceiling were leaking and damp, the bathroom wasn't dry and there were small black caterpillars.

The AC wasn't cold, the bathroom door wouldn't close, so I went up to the 3rd floor via the stairs.
