The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. For me, if the hotel near masjid means the area will be safe because there will be people all the time. Definitely come back to Hong Hotel.

The staff was nice. The location is ok. I also have to pay the extra 27 r. for the tourist tax (should inform in the app).

happy to stay at hong hotel. clean. they provide hot water too. but tv channel is limited. buat this hotel near to jongker, surrounded with many restaurant, tourist object and laundry service. we will come again.

The hotel is near to Jonker Walk which is really great to enjoy night market on weekend. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed in deluxe room and it's spacious. Every facilities such as AC, fan, TV, water heater are works well. They also have a free water, tea, and coffee. It's a great experience stays at Hotel Hong.

Strategic location. Very close to the river. Once you find the river, you can walk along the river to the red square. Near the hotel there is a local shop to buy snacks (speak Chinese), to the mini market is a bit far. Near the restaurant there is delicious satay (can speak English). small but clean room. big bed. cold AC. in the room there is no water, but in the hallway near the receptionist there is a water dispenser + glasses + coffee. the hotel is safe because the door can only be opened with a hotel card.

Area close to Jonker and other tourist attractions, fast wifi, recommended to stay here.

The price is very friendly, the room is small, clean. But unfortunately the TV only has 1 channel, and it's an old TV. Incidentally, the TV remote can't be used either, it's hard to find the power button.

Hotel with strategic location, just 3 minutes walk to Jonker night market. 10 minutes walk to Red Church. The hotel staff is friendly, very helpful and can leave your luggage 😍😍

It was pleasant. Hopefully got another room. Unfortunately, the room was damp. But the location was very strategic, near Jonker Street. About a 5-minute walk. Receptionist not 24 hours, but we can approach the admin through WhatsApp for special requests or any assistance. The room itself was clean, there are mineral water stations, you can refill your glass/bottle.

Back to stay in here when I'm back in Melacca! Just unfortunately that the Wi-Fi is not working at our room but that's not such a big deal cause we have our own pocket Wi-Fi (even though that's not working that well too 😭).

The door lock of room no. 112 is broken, difficult to open, still not repaired.

Even though the hotel is simple, the check-in service is satisfactory, the rooms are comfortable and the office boy is friendly, there are dispenser facilities and free coffee and tea during your stay.

The location is very good, very close to Jonker Walk. The downside is that the room is very small and there are many mosquitoes. Even though the window is closed, there are still many mosquitoes flying around. The flushing system of the toilet is not very good, and the dirt will slowly float out after flushing. Generally speaking, it's okay. After all, it's cheap and it's ok to stay for one night
