The hotel location is close to the business area of warehousing, clean rooms, excellent service, many choices of traditional, western and Asian food menus. However, the surrounding area is full of dust from the hotel renovation project

The best hotel choice during the 2-day stay was satisfied with all the facilities starting from the fast check-in process, the room was clean and quite spacious, the view was also good, all the staff were friendly, easy parking access, the pool was clean. Next time I go to Balikpapan I will choose to stay here again because it is really worth it. Thank you for the hotel service, all the staff are very friendly

For our 7th anniversary we decided to stay at the Platinum Hotel, masyaallah, initially we wanted to order a decor but we were given a free cake, there are so many hotels in BPP that I highly recommend, the Platinum Hotel has friendly service, spacious, clean, fragrant rooms, most importantly the food is the best, there are so many choices, the swimming pool is also big, I am really satisfied if I have stayed here. Next time I have to stay here again, the location is quite far from the city but in terms of facilities, etc., it is much better here in my opinion

Yesterday in room 937 overall was good. This is the few times when vacation staycation here. The kids are happy, only now the use of the swimming pool is limited to 4 people.
