When you first get a room that is a bit small, you can then move to a more spacious room to extend your stay easily and can check first which room you want to use.

All the hotel staff were friendly.
The staff were pleasant and the food was delicious.
They were very helpful with check-in.
The airport shuttle from the hotel only runs until 11:00 AM.

Close to KNO airport, unfortunately the staff is slow. Requests for soap and toothbrush refills took 2 hours for the staff to complete.
