Filthy. Blankets, sheets, pillowcases, and towels were not replaced with clean ones. The floor wasn't cleaned, and there were ants all over it. The shower was inside the bathtub, making it dangerous to get in and out because the staff didn't clean it.

The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The floors were unclean. There were no slippers provided in the rooms. The lobby smelled.

Overall, it's okay, close to where you can find food. It's okay.

I forgot to take out my rujak and salad in the fridge when I moved to a single room. They were delivered and placed in the fridge in my new room. Thank you for the impressive service.

Spacious rooms, strategic location, next to Nasi Kandar Pelita, Cha Kwetiau, etc. There's a 7-Eleven, near the museum. There's a Wellings in the hotel lobby and a minimart. The downside is the old hotel building.
