This hotel offers a pleasant stay, with direct walking distance to Simpang Lima Square and close to nightlife. The only downside is that the hotel elevator access is inside and down stairs.

strategic location near Simpang Lima, spacious room, low ceiling, narrow parking lot, difficult to maneuver up and down - not suitable for large cars, the room is not soundproof, this is the first time I had breakfast at a hotel, I had to wait on a waiting list because the restaurant is very small, it seems like it can only fit 20 people - uncomfortable atmosphere - the food tastes ordinary - the food is not varied, the vegetable salad filling was wilted and not edible but was still served, the soy milk was like coconut milk, the jam for the bread was finished and not refilled, it doesn't feel like it deserves a 4 star rating. usually after staying at a hotel I feel happy but this time it was not pleasant, just stay here once.

The hotel is strategically located in the Simpang Lima area. The service is quite good, and the breakfast is quite tasty. The only downside is the narrow parking lot and the very tight turning radius between parking levels.

I chose the one with a view of Simpang 5 Street/lap Simpang 5, but the information was full even though I had made a reservation a long time ago. It was very noisy at night, the neighbors' rooms/rooms above were making knock... knock... and the shower leaked because I had to queue.

Our family stayed here for 1 night, the hotel location is strategic, in the city center near Simpang Lima, the room is quite clean, the food is decent, but it is not soundproof, from the room you can hear sounds from outside and from the next room, the swimming pool is the best, it's good in general

Clean, easy access hotel close to everywhere

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel breakfast menu is not very varied, only a few and many are empty, but the staff does not immediately refill it, you have to ask first, then refill it with a small amount, if not immediately taken, then another 2-3 guests will run out again. Hopefully, it will be improved, more variety, and don't let the food run out so much. Thank you.

The parking lot is cramped and located on a rooftop. The bathroom is cramped, with a large sink right in front of the shower door, still old-fashioned and leaking. Parking with an electronic card, which should be free, is now paid because the staff is unclear. I registered it, but it wasn't registered. I ended up getting it replaced. After complaining, I said it wasn't registered, even though I asked for the license plate.
