Strategic location and helpful hotel staff

The hotel staff is very friendly and the location is strategic, it is close to Pavilion and also close to Alor Street.

The service is decent, the place is in a busy area so it's easy to find food everywhere.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Near Bukit Bintang monorail and MRT station.

When I checked in, I noticed a yellow stain on the bed sheet. After the 4th day, I noticed the yellow stain still on the bed sheet (the bed sheet hadn't been changed for 3 days). After getting angry with the receptionist, the cleaning service staff told me to change it immediately. If I hadn't noticed the yellow stain, I wouldn't have known the bed sheet hadn't been changed because the bed sheet had been tidied up again.

The room was very small, even though we had taken a triple bed room, the room was so small that there was no place to put our suitcases, and the wifi was broken during our 2 nights there.
