Great experience. Best hotel in Sukabumi.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. When the room was ready, we were allowed to check in early. The room and hotel were clean and well-maintained. All good.

Very good. The receptionist at check-in and other services were very friendly. The food was delicious and clean, with a wide selection.

One day healing, traffic was so bad during the holiday. It took 2.5 hours to go there. The hotel is good. It is near to everything. We visited the St. Joseph Church and chilled out with the nursing home and shared food and snacks with the elderly there. God bless.

The room atmosphere is comfortable and clean.

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are quiet even when the room is full. The corridors are carpeted so there's no sound of footsteps. The breakfast restaurant is in new condition and there's a swimming pool...👍 (I always come back when I'm in Sukabumi City)

Staying at Horison was worth it. The service was comparable to a 4-star hotel. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast menu was good and varied, and the pool was clean. My only comment is that the room options could be expanded to include more spacious rooms, especially for families. The rooms at Horison felt cramped. Otherwise, everything was fine. The menu is extensive, I couldn't try them all. But the menu I tried was just the ones that suited my taste, the taste is quite good compared to my own cooking, right 😆. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the plus at the swimming pool is that they provide towels for guests who stay to play in the water 👍. Please open branches at Sawarna Beach, Ujung Genteng Beach.

The staff is friendly, the room is spacious and very comfortable actually. However, the soundproofing is very lacking, so we could hear people talking in the hallway and also someone running around on the floor above us in the middle of the night.
