The staff was very nice, but this was enough for this stay. The room smelled of cigarettes, the sheets were stained, and there was trash. The staff cleaned it well, but the new sheets were just as stained. Maybe it's okay for those transiting from the bus station, because the AC and water heater worked very well. The toilet was also clean, thankfully. However, the room did have an ashtray, even though I noted that the room was non-smoking. I stayed here because I needed a hotel to catch the 10k Race event at GBK.

Everything is ok, the only thing missing is breakfast, there is no restaurant, only packaged fried rice is provided.

The AC isn't cold enough, even though it's set to 17°C. It probably hasn't been cleaned or serviced, that's the only downside.

The hotel is average, the water isn't hot, it's still being fixed. Check-in is at 1 PM, does housekeeping have time to clean the room? It would have been better to check in as usual at 2 PM. But the location is very strategic, you can just walk to Blok M or Blok M Hub.

The water heater in the shower is not working.
