Every time you go to Surabaya, you must stay here. It is highly recommended if you are just transiting.

If you're transiting to Surabaya, you'll definitely stop here because it's cheap, cool, and the facilities are pretty good for that price.

Suitable for sleeping only and the type of person who can sleep and shower anywhere in any condition, especially the bathroom.

The first thing I noticed was the bathroom.. actually, it's not really dirty.. only the mat in front of the bathroom door was incredibly muddy.. not on the 2nd floor.. not on the 3rd floor.. not on the 4th floor.. just as muddy.. I don't know if it was ever changed or what, I don't really understand.. and the most fatal thing.. my belongings at the receptionist got mixed up with belongings from other guests.. this is really crazy.. hopefully this is the first and last time.. it is hoped that the receptionist on duty will not be careless with the guests' belongings.. if necessary, give them a nametag or special marker so they don't get mixed up.. overall, in terms of the room and the room temperature, it's quite comfortable and not stuffy

Actually, it was still comfortable after staying for 3 days.....but on the 4th day, there was another guest snoring right next to the room....wow, I couldn't sleep anymore.....

The single room is quite comfortable and clean. Highly recommended for backpackers. It's clean. There's only one toilet on each floor, but when I stayed there, there were no queues and it was quite clean. Wi-Fi is available, but it sometimes buffers on the third floor. Breakfast is toast, which you can make yourself. Tea and coffee are provided. If I were to visit Surabaya again alone and just for a layover or a one-day stay, I'd probably still recommend this place. Close to the mosque

Friendly staff, great service, guaranteed safe parking. Nice and comfortable atmosphere, sleep well because the AC is not too cold, just cool enough. Only the bathroom needs an additional mat or something to keep it from getting wet or put a mat in front of the bedroom door. But other than that, okay, cool. 9 out of 10

Easy access to Gubeng Station, Surabaya Plaza...

It's located in the heart of the city, with easy transportation, close to the train station, and next to the inn is a food stall and a meatball stall. Overall, it's a pleasant experience.

Everything was great, especially the staff, who were very helpful. They're also on standby 24 hours a day, so if you arrive late at night by train, this is a good option, as it's close to the station and can be reached on foot. The downside is that the toilets need to be tidied up, not that they're dirty, but some of the flushes or knobs are broken.

only 1 toilet that is together with bathroom to share with everyone in the floor i am staying, 2nd floor. luckily i check-in at 10 pm and check out at 3 am, so no people to share or wait if i want to use it. the bed are standard bunkbed, got space under the bed for luggage. no elevator, so prepare to take your luggage up by stairs to your floor or keep it at the reception. but location wise, very close to station and easy to find. might come back, if needed.

Comfortable, clean, friendly, good, delicious

I stayed on the second floor for a double room. The pillows were thin, but I was comfortable because it was cool and the AC was cold. It's just a shame the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the hotel area wasn't very clean. The toilet on the second floor was clogged. Breakfast was decent, with tea, coffee, and toast. You can refill your mineral water yourself.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was also good for the value of money.
