Love the place, it's close to culinary access. Thank you for the service.

Everything is very inconsistent with what is in the hotel profile. Very "not maintained. The AC is still cold, the water is also hot and cold. Only 1 towel is given even though 2 people are staying, 1 bar of soap, no other equipment. For comfort, it is very lacking and not recommended if you stay with toddlers, there are a lot of mosquitoes. For security, it is also very lacking, last night there was a Gojek theft of goods delivered which were placed on a motorbike even though the motorbike was in the lobby, there was no CCTV either. Very inconsistent with what is stated on Traveloka or Google.

The receptionist was very unfriendly. No smile. The room was dirty.

Location in the city center and easy to find food

The hotel staff did not smile, the room smelled very bad because of the cigarette smell from the previous guest.

The room is not very clean, there is a lot of dust and hair still scattered on the floor. The sheets don't smell good. The room is not soundproof because the neighbors are noisy. The AC is not placed directly facing the bed. There is no closet or place to hang clothes. But the toilet is already good and clean. Thank you🙏🏻

The pillows and mattresses smell of cockroaches, it seems they haven't been washed 😣😓. The door lock is broken.

More suitable to be a guest house. Facilities according to price, dirty floor

If it's just for lying down, okay. But if you want to stay for a few days, you'd better go to another hotel. The AC is hot, the stairs smell. The photos and reality don't match, there are lots of lies.

Please always make sure your bedsheets smell good. Yesterday, I swear, the pillowcases smelled so bad that I sprayed my perfume. Even though it's cheap, don't do that.

We only transited for one night at this hotel, but thank God the room was quite comfortable, the mattress was soft, the AC was cold, the extra bed could be for children, the service was good. I just want to give a suggestion, maybe there needs to be a rule not to smoke in the room, yesterday it was a bit uncomfortable because the smell of cigarette smoke was still lingering but its okay, no problem overall it's good for this price. Oh yeah, the hotel is currently under renovation, guys. Thank you, Hotel Sejati.

The AC in the room was not cold. When checking out, my ID card was not given. Finally left behind.

For me personally, yes. This is very, very bad. It's really not the same as the picture. I checked in through the app, but when I arrived, oh my gosh 🥹 😭 it was really scary, really bad 🙏🏻Please, the owner, don't post amazing pictures, when in fact they don't match. I came just to check the room and then left, the room was burnt to ashes. It was uncomfortable to sleep 😓.
