Good place hotel, very close to everywhere, strategic location and in the center of Surabaya, especially very close to Tugu Surabaya, really the best👌

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly security guards, and the receptionist was friendly and explained all procedures clearly. There were no issues with the room, as requested.

Everything is good, but unfortunately there is a cigarette smell from the Hexos. Maybe because one of the neighbors smokes. Overall, it's good.
