I booked a junior suite, room 222, a non-smoking room. It reeked of cigarette smoke, lacked hot water, and the shower only had a small outlet. Breakfast at the new restaurant was already sold out by 8:00 a.m., the fan wasn't reviewed, there were no spoons, and dessert was also sold out. An omelette was left unmade. This hotel doesn't deserve its 4-star status. For better service, it would be a 1-star rating.
