Good location, not to bad, even difficult for parking

It was a very good stay. The service was also excellent. Unfortunately, the parking lot was very small and uncomfortable. However, overall, the service, facilities, room, and breakfast were all excellent. Definitely worth it, and I will return to stay here again. Thank you for providing a complimentary cake for my little sister; she was very happy.

In terms of access, this is the best hotel in Bandung. It's close to BIP, BEC, and Gramedia. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Another plus is the heated swimming pool. The rooms and food selection are also excellent. They also had a great New Year's dinner. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Bandung.

Staying at Best Western, an unpleasant incident happened to my husband where he was not directed to find a parking lot. After finding an empty parking lot, we were kicked out and told that we were not allowed to park in the apartment, which is a combined apartment and hotel parking lot. We are guests, do security have the right to kick us out? We paid, not for free, we came to enjoy the holiday. We had to experience such an unpleasant incident. For all the rooms and breakfast, it can be said to be very satisfying.

My first stay at Best Western La Grande, I was very happy. I requested a complimentary cake, which was immediately available without having to reconfirm. Check-in was fast, and the receptionist was very friendly. There's valet parking. The hotel is very strategically located, with a popular restaurant on the left side, and BIP Mall right in front. The advantages: The rooms are clean and spacious, with YouTube and Netflix available for certain room types, free afternoon tea from 3-5 pm (great for an afternoon snack), a delicious and varied breakfast, and bottles of water on the dining table, making it easy to refill drinks without having to go back and forth. Unfortunately, the room I booked only had a bathtub without a shower, so I had to get in the bathtub to take a shower. There's a heated swimming pool, but I didn't have time to try it because it was so crowded. Other than that, everything was very good. I will definitely stay at Best Western La Grande again 🫶

The location is very strategic if you want to find food / entertainment / shopping places very close, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I had an excellent / extraordinary experience. I stayed for 2 days, namely check in on 27 Dec 25 and check out 29 Dec 25. On Sunday, my wife and I went to the Cathedral church. Because we left early, the child was still sleeping. I asked the receptionist if his child called and needed help asking for help. It turned out that my child contacted the receptionist and needed help to be taken to the restaurant for breakfast. The hotel immediately responded by picking him up from the room and taking him to the restaurant for breakfast. While at the restaurant, my child was helped and served well. and after my child had breakfast, he was taken back to the room. I really salute the restaurant staff (male) whose name I don't know who patiently served and took my child to the room. which my child said was like being considered family. Hopefully this service can at least be maintained. and I will recommend family, friends, colleagues to stay here. And of course, if I go to Bandung, I will stay here. Best wishes

The hotel was fully booked during the holidays, with responsive staff in the lobby, reception, and restaurant. Recommended for a stay in the city center.

Everything was ok except the limited parking so the car was parked far from the hotel and it was difficult to retrieve items left in the car, thankfully there was a hotel staff member, Mr Yan, who kindly helped us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when I left something behind (an iPad) and thank God it was back to normal.

Pros: • Friendly staff • Spacious and fairly clean rooms • Strategic location Cons: • Deluxe rooms don't have bathtubs • Parking is limited, but valet parking is available • Blankets are a bit thin Ambiance/Facilities: Typical of an older hotel, perhaps less suitable for those who prefer contemporary design. However, if you prefer "traditional" hotel design (carpeted floors, dim yellow lighting, etc.), you'll definitely feel comfortable here. There's a hairdryer, electric kettle, and other typical amenities. The only odd thing is the lack of a comb in the amenities kit. The bed is very comfortable, but the blankets are a bit thin, so if you're staying with a partner who likes cool rooms, you might get cold. Food (Breakfast): Nothing special, but up to standard for a typical 4-star hotel. The breakfast menu is quite varied, with Indonesian and Western dishes, pastries, cereals, and more. The Swedish meatballs and broccoli were delicious, but the rest wasn't particularly appealing, but it was fine for a quick breakfast before heading out. We also got a free afternoon meal upon check-in, but it wasn't anything special; we'd rather go out and get some snacks. Staff Assistance: All staff, from the front desk to the valet, were very friendly and helpful. Great team, keep it up. Price: 1.1 million Rupiah for an executive room (we got a free upgrade to a deluxe) during high season, and the location is in the city center, so it's definitely worth it. Location: One of the best locations in Bandung; across from BIP, so if you need to buy something, you just have to cross the street. It's also close to many other recreational areas, such as Braga (about a 15-minute walk). Overall, it met expectations. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities, facilities, etc., all met expectations for a 4-star hotel from a major group like BWH. It won't blow your mind, but you'll have a perfectly comfortable stay.
