It was a very pleasant experience staying here for 6 nights. The location is right in front of the east coast, which allowed us to sip coffee every morning while watching the sunrise. Oh, what an unforgettable experience. The staff were friendly and kind, especially the security guard who was constantly tidying up the cars in the parking lot (because the parking lot is not very large). He was always helpful and remained friendly even though we came and went several times a day. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the bed was also large. Although it wasn't very soundproof, we slept comfortably. The cleanliness was excellent. Even though we stayed for 6 nights, our room was cleaned every morning, the sheets were changed daily (sometimes, if you stay longer at other hotels, the sheets aren't changed every day), and we were given 4 new towels (the room is for 4 people). The breakfast was quite delicious and varied, but on the last day during high season (December 31st), it seemed like the hotel ran out of eggs and side dishes, so my child only had rice and vegetables for breakfast. The hotel atmosphere was very comfortable, it felt like again in Bali.. overall very pleasant, definitely stay here again if I go to Pangandaran..

Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa overall okay, only breakfast on day 1 was lacking, day 2 was better

The service was satisfactory. The breakfast menu was quite good. It wasn't too far to the West Coast. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

This is my third stay here. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere and the rooms are clean. The service is friendly and prompt. Thank you very much. I'll be back again next time :D

Breakfast starts at 7, but by 8:15, most of the food was gone, and the variety was lacking. Sorry, but the taste was lacking. Other than that, the service and room were excellent.

Stayed in a villa with a mini pool as requested, nice and comfortable... only the bathroom was creepy

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, chose the family room. Highly recommended! I'll definitely come back to Sunrise Beach Hotel if I go to Pangandaran again. Just walk back to the east coast for watersports, and the west coast is also a short walk away. Thank you, Sunrise Beach Hotel❤️

The location is close to the beach and also close to souvenir shops. The family suite has two terraces overlooking the garden and the beach. Nice!

The service is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Everything is great. I always come here every time I go to Pangandaran.

Overall, it's good. A small suggestion is to increase the variety of breakfast menus.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offers a wide selection of delicious options. It's strategically located near shopping and dining areas, as well as a nature reserve. Highly recommended.
