The hotel's views are beautiful, comfortable, spacious rooms, super clean pool, and kid-friendly. The best part is the hospitality service—all the staff are top-notch and incredibly friendly. Traveling all the way to Pare felt like a vacation, thank you! I'll definitely be back again someday! I love it!

Very pleasant, all the best services. No regrets staying at this hotel, I was given room 109, clean, hot water is ok, swimming pool is ok, restaurant is also ok.

Stay 2 nights... I took a standard room that night... the room was too small but the AC was quite cold.. on the 2nd day I upgraded to a bigger room. The room was quite okay but the AC was not too cold, it tended to be warm.. as good as the size. The AC is adjusted to the size of the room because it is very uncomfortable in a rather warm room even though the conditions outside are hot... the plus is that the staff are friendly and helpful.. Want to add water, have to pay. This is the first time I've found a hotel, asking for mineral water has to be paid. Sheets, sarbans can't be dirty, if dirty they will be fined. What's worse is that water is charged again. The linen fragrance is very noticeable. It's a bit annoying actually

The staff is quite friendly and the hotel facilities are quite good although a little uncomfortable because it is under renovation.. only the food in the hotel restaurant is not too tasty and expensive. wifi is also often down. but overall I am quite satisfied staying at this hotel with my family. thank you

Water heater doesn't work! AC isn't cold!

Showernya nyaman. Servis bagus biarpun agak lambat. Kamar nyaman. Breakfast bisa lebih baik.

I usually stay in deluxe but this is sup, so it's a bit different.

The toilet smells of pette, give your toilet freshener. Prices are already expensive.

Room 102, the bathroom smells so bad that it reaches the bed, sleeping is not comfortable, the food is also not good.

The air conditioner is hot and needs a little renovation for the room it's too old.

Hotelnya gak bersih, kamar mandinya kotor ada binatang lipan, cicak, pembuangannya buntu, air panas gak ada, air kotor, dibawah kasur berdebu, pintu kamar mandi gak bisa ditutup, AC bocor.

The room that was ordered did not match the image listed on the application, I was given an old and neglected room, the air conditioner was too expensive to leak, there was no mirror in the toilet, gave up staying here .
