Friendly staff, responsive service, delicious food. Fast check out... Clean room... Only the wifi is slow.. Overall okay, great for a room at this price. What I like is the food this morning.. Overall it's good, service, food, etc. It's just that the room's AC isn't cold, so sleeping is uncomfortable because it's hot 🔥

If you want to get a view of the lake and natural forest, order the deluxe room, because it's a new building, the facilities are still better than the superior room, btw just a suggestion, maybe the motorbike parking can be equipped with a canopy, so that the motorbike is safer from the rain and heat. Check-in took a bit of time because the booking data seemed to be late in being noticed but I don't know where the mistake was, this hotel used to be a hotel with the best view from the old building, in my opinion, but now you have to book a deluxe to get a view of Lake Sipin, btw the location is strategic if you want to go to the market area or the governor's office

as i remember this is a legendary resort in jambi, but unfortunately i had an unpleasant experience. the receptionist did not offer me to help lift or carry my luggage at 2.30 am. finally i went back and forth to the room to carry 3 suitcases from the car to the room.

Rooms have lots of cobwebs, lack of maintenance. On the app: breakfast is free, children are not charged extra. In fact, a 50% fee is charged.

Room no 125, smelly and full of mosquitoes. The breakfast menu is all delicious and deserves praise.
