I was unimpressed with the staff's service. The restroom was broken and the air conditioner was malfunctioning.

What is very unfortunate is that not all the lifts are working, so there is a long wait for the lift.

The hospital is very close, making it convenient for Gleneagles treatment and close to a pharmacy. There's an extra charge for early check-in. Starbucks is currently undergoing renovations, so the dust can be a bit annoying if you're waiting in front of the building. The toilet bidet suddenly broke, causing water to spray out. The smell of garbage in the TV room persisted despite air fresheners. One of the staff at the front desk was unfriendly.

Still not enjoying the room because of the old furniture. Cleanliness could be improved, and the hallways are a bit creepy.

I won't be staying here again. The staff was unfriendly, the hotel room was dirty, smelly, and stuffy. The app stated no deposit, but upon check-in, they asked for a RM200 deposit. It was available before check-out, but if we didn't have time, they said they would refund it on our next trip. It's ridiculous. I won't be staying here again.

Shabby furnishings. Poor cleanliness. The spring bed is deflated. In my opinion, it's inadequate. The leather sofa is peeling. The location is close to the hospital. If comfort is a priority, this location is very convenient to the hospital.

Room 23A07 doesn't have a washing machine. We asked the front desk, but there was no response. Why doesn't the other rooms have a washing machine?

The room was very spacious and clean. The AC was working nicely and was cold. All facilities worked well (washing machine, kitchen, hot shower, etc.). It was complete with hanging racks also. Very nice. I would surely stay there again.

Very disappointing stay. As soon as I checked into the room, I found what appeared to be dried blood stains on the bed sheets and towels. The floor was also dirty, with leftover kuaci (sunflower seed) shells still on the floor, making it obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. I reported these issues, but the hotel was not responsive and did not handle the situation professionally. I ended up wasting money on a 3-night stay because I did not even dare to stay there as its blood stains and the experience was so unpleasant. Cleanliness and customer service should be the minimum standard for any app/hotel. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

I've stayed here twice this year. It's close to everything. GrabFood is also available. The mall is close by. The towels are clean.

This apartment is highly recommended for those visiting Penang. Close to the Gurney area, you can enjoy the beach without having to travel all the way to Batu Ferringhi. Convenient transportation access, with numerous bus stations nearby, makes getting around very convenient. A suggestion: if possible, a water purifier would be provided to save on drinking water costs. So far, the furnishings are very adequate. I would stay here again if I were in Penang.
