There were a few complaints/issues, but the receptionist responded well and immediately addressed them.
As for the room, you could still hear noise from the left and right sides. The air conditioning was very cold. If you need a prayer rug and prayer robe, you can request them from the receptionist.

The hotel staff was friendly and kind, the pool was clean, and my kids enjoyed it. The room had good air conditioning and a TV, making it a comfortable place to rest after exploring Yogyakarta.

The bathroom is kinda old and a bit dirty, there’s stain in hotel wall, makes it look not well maintained. But the location is pretty good
