The hotel is clean, the service is friendly and pleasant. Even though I happened to meet someone who had trouble ordering it, luckily I went through a very safe application. The air conditioner is cold, the atmosphere is very natural, it's really fun, the outdoor bathroom is like that, in the afternoon, at night, it's a little bit, because the trees are big and shady, exactly. If I have holiday sustenance to Lombok, I want to come here again. Menyesal menginap di sini cuma 1 malam. Tempatnya tenang, bersih, desainnya bagus, konsepnya menyenangkan, asri, sejuk, lokasinya tidak terlalu jauh dari Pantai Kuta (naik motor), kamar luas, kamar mandi semi outdoor, kamar dilengkapi dengan Ac, banyak colokan listrik, rak baju, safety box, meja kursi santai di teras kamar. Free kopi dan teh di resepsionis, stafnya sangat ramah dan helpful, menyenangkan. Tidak disediakan sabun, shampo, pasta & sikat gigi (hanya disediakan handuk). Tidak disediakan hanger pakaian. Tidak ada selimut (sebaiknya dilengkapi dengan selimut, karena kalo malam hari dingin). Keset dan sandal hotel tidak disediakan. Ada beberapa anjing yang berkeliaran, tapi tidak mengganggu. Tidak ada tv (tapi tidak masalah). Tulisan nama hotel di tepi jalan tidak terlalu jelas. Jalan masuk ke hotel cukup curam, tapi mobil dan motor bisa masuk. Next kalo ke Kuta, pasti akan kembali ke sini lagi.

Nice rooms, good service, the atmosphere is also good. However, access to the hotel has a steep descent. The flat sedan car is difficult to climb out of the hotel because it is stuck. Hopefully it can be fixed, other than that it's good.

Our suggestion is to improve the wifi signal again, if possible put a mirror in the bedroom too, replace the bath shower with a bigger one. The place is comfortable near everywhere. Decent food at the right price. However, sleeping is not comfortable because the blankets are thin and only use sheets, plus there are mice on the ceiling and make the lights turn off. The warm water doesn't turn on.

Spacious, comfortable, similar to a bungalow style, but the shower isn't steady, maybe it's still just under construction. But unfortunately the receptionist is hard to find.

When the AC was not cold, we were moved rooms, the bathroom had cobwebs, the staff was not friendly, the lights went out, there were no emergency lamps, the water died at midnight when I went to the bathroom, very unsatisfactory, try to be cleaner, friendlier in the future, and responsible, thank you so much.

I was 1 day late and arrived at the hotel the room I booked had been given to someone else what made me angry was that one of the employees who insisted on blaming me said the point was because I didn't confirm that the room was given to someone else, which I was disappointed, though I was still able to control emotional, finally broke because of it, but then I was changed to another room, yes I wanted even though the family didn't want to because I wanted to move hotels, all hotels couldn't be full, the second day finally met with gentlemen, it seems the owner apologized and the service was good, and last night in Lombok I was moved to a better room than the one I booked earlier, hopefully this kind of incident doesn't happen again in the future and the service is getting better.
