The location is very strategic and close to the charming Sanur beach.

When I was checking, I noticed there were no face washers or hand towels, and the floor had a lot of sand that had not been vacuumed

Staffs was very kind, very good location, near to the beach & many restaurant / cafe. No gym, limited breakfast variation, the floor when we arrived was bit oily, bathroom ambience is dark.

Nice and clean bedroom and bathroom. The AC could be colder though (I think it has an automated settings set by the hotel). The breakfast was okay. The hotel is conveniently closed to shops and restaurants. The hotel area is clean. Staffs are friendly. Overall it was nice staying here.

It was a nice stay however the bedsheet and towel cleanliness can be improved further. Bed is not firm with a sound. Water kettle is also dirty that made me afraid to use it. Room was spacious enough with nice access and good surroundings. Thank you!

Hotel located next to Holiday Inn and Intercontinental. Walking distance to the beach, where you can find many nice restaurants on the path way. Close also to some restaurants and convenient stores. As this is a 4 * hotel, you cannot compare with higher star hotel in term of land space and pool size. Ci/co was fast, elevator worked well, room was big (30sqm) with balcony without seating facility. However, I think the breakfast menu/taste needs to be improved. Parking lot is also limited, but the security informed me there was additional parking lot nearby.

The hotel exceeded my expectation. I got more discount using Traveloka and I have to say that it 's worth every penny. The receptionists are great and helpful, as they are open 24/7, the food (pasta mac and cheese) is amazing. However, pretty disappointed that the people beside me got offered tea or coffee while I have to ask for those things. I hope it 's a misunderstanding, though. The location, however, is far from the center of the city. I was there during long weekend of Jesus Christ Ascention so I have to travel back and forth for more than an hour, and to be fair it was a long weekend traffic too. If you're looking for a hotel to stay where you just want to enjoy the ambiance or maybe go out to see the beach then this hotel is the # 1 in Bali. It 's a 100 m walk to Pantai Sanur and there is a gelato parlor there that tasted so heavenly. Thank you for a pleasant stay! I wish to stay here again someday.
