Nothing was too much to ask, the room was wonderfully comfortable and clean. Very good food and amenities.

All in all, it's satisfactory, only the toilet is old and a bit uncomfortable, hopefully it can be replaced.

The location is good, right on the main road. The bathroom was not very clean, as there were still black stains on the floor and sink. The room's AC suddenly leaked in the morning, hitting the hanging clothes and bags underneath, making everything dirty. The swimming pool was undergoing maintenance, so it couldn't be used for 2 days, and the shower room was open without curtains. The food tasted okay. There were many types of food and they changed every day, so I didn't get bored after staying for 3 nights.

The hotel is nice in the middle of the city, simple design, small bathroom, and the room is not soundproof enough. You can hear the sound from the next room and yesterday when it was raining heavily and the lightning flashed, the sound was also loud and could be heard from inside the room.

This is a great hotel to stay in Bali, close to the Dewi Sri food court. It's also strategically located. Check-in was easy. I'll definitely be back if I go back to Bali. Always satisfied and happy to stay at Fame Hotel Sunset Road Kuta Bali. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and access to the hotel and the city center is very easy. However, as before, the lighting along the corridors still needs improvement. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Hopefully, everything will be improved in the future.
