The hotel staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool, which was a plus, and the food was standard hotel fare. However, the soundproofing in the room was very poor, making it very uncomfortable. 🙏

This was my second visit to this hotel. I loved its location in the heart of Mallioboro and its easy access. The staff was wonderful, the room was clean, and they served Gudeg (traditional Yogyakarta food) for breakfast. However, they always only provided one toothbrush even though there were two guests, so I had to call customer service to get one.

It's just expensive for a room that small.. but since it's near Malioboro, okay, fine, we'll stay there if we stay in Yogya.. for that price, it's rare to find a swimming pool.. this Amaris has one. Then the parking is also narrow.

For a hotel of its type, this hotel is excellent and comfortable. All the staff, from the receptionist, security, and restaurant, are very friendly. The best. Breakfast is also good. Thank you, keep improving.
