When check in counter mentioned there no incoming water and next day water will be resume . Door lock abit faulty .

The hygiene of the hotel was unbearable that we had to just book another hotel. The pillow still had shoe prints all over and bed sheets have stains. It 's definitely Nt family friendly as they are operating some business that is (you know what guys). I can stand poor service but hygiene I just can't tolerate.

Room is not sound proof. The next room press the pound light switch can be heard. Room key bye. Everything else is ok

the room is so big and comfortably bed also. I would come again later if I go to to jb hehe

Nice stay experience for my recent short business trip. Brightly lit lobby & best of all, its own parking lot for tenants. Definitely will book this hotel whenever I head to JB.

The check in time suppose 2pm but I have to wait almost 2 hour for them to prepare the room. 😔

I booked a Deluxe King Room, but I think I was given a Superior King Room. The receptionist did not answer my question when asked what kind of room I had. The fridge is there, but it doesn't work. Iron and iron board in the corridor.

So-So. The room is bit smelly, As i saw on web about the facilities inside the room that they have refrigerator, but actually not. So i go downstairs to ask them, and you know what. The front desk (not solve the problem) he asked me to call agent.. huh. I am not a stupid person to call agent to complain this. I told him (with bit angry) they should correct the info on web - then bla bla - i feel cheated. Lucky his manager was there. This Chinese lady politely call her staff to put an icebox to my room, thanks a lot for her, so i can keep my baby food in good. For budget hotel it’s ok. They have an iron at the corridor and water dispenser

Had stayed here previously. Room still remains clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable and clean. Near to many cafes and restaurants.

It was great time i spend in there hope next time i will chose again Shiki hotel

Stayed at the first floor. King bedroom. Ventilation is not so good especially in the bathroom. Strong cigarette smell. Not suitable if you bring kids. It is just that. The rest is OK.
