not really neglected smell

From the outside it's nice, but inside it feels like an old, worn-out house. - The sheets and bedcover are itchy and covered in menstrual stains. - The mattress is very unsuitable, old and dusty. - There's a lot of dust in the closet, bathroom, and mattress. - There are no spoons or eating utensils.

Dirty room, dirty toilet, dusty, smells like it hasn't been cleaned in months, lots of spider webs, small animals, dirty refilled water, itchy bed sheets. The only good thing is the location. The staff are friendly. But the building and facilities are dirty and dusty. It should have female staff to be diligent in cleaning.

I have already at the hotel but nobody in the reception. I want my money back

There is no designated parking. Entry at 10:00 PM is through the portal.

The room is comfortable, the shower is powerful, there is a TV and hot water for making milk, it has everything.

the bed is not a king bed, but a single bed put together. looking at the next room, it turns out it's a king bed. stayed 3 nights but it wasn't cleaned every day. at the beginning of the stay we didn't get towels, we didn't get soap either. the toilet flush was also clogged. the hot water didn't work, it wasn't hot during the stay. the room key code also had to be told first, it didn't work. if the code is changed every day, yes, please let me know. it's like us who seem to enter the code incorrectly. tired from all the activities all day, have to wait for the boss to send a new code. huft

It's quite good for transit, but the staff haven't prepared it yet, so it took us a while to get into the room. Hopefully in the future, the readiness for guest arrivals will be improved.

Came here two days before Eid as a transit point to the next city, quite close to the station, early check in, well served, friendly and communicative staff.
