Everything was so nice in here.

This was my first time staying here. I think the service was okay, the staff was friendly, the standard room was just enough for my husband and I, not too big and not too small, the room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. My suggestion for the AC is that it needs maintenance because it turns off every 20 minutes. I've changed the timer and it still turns off and isn't cold enough. They could also replace the hot water thermos with an electric one so that when I need to make hot water, I don't have to go outside. If I have time for another vacation, the Gerbera Hotel will probably be one of my choices 😊

Just a suggestion for the hotel: upon check-in, it's best not to retain guests' original ID cards. A photocopy of the original is sufficient; it doesn't need to be retained as a deposit. The deposit is requested in cash, not the original ID. That's all there is to it. Thank you.

The food is good but it takes a while if we order. We got a room in front of the pool. The kids are happy because they can play in the pool.

For a standard room, it's fine. The only problem is that the toilet is difficult to flush, having to flush it several times, and it takes time for the dirt to disappear.

Try the rib soup, it's really delicious👌🏻

The hotel is close to the road, and there are many food stalls in front of the hotel, so you don't have to worry about getting hungry. The hotel is clean, but it's a shame there's no water heater.

The bottom corner of the floor near the bed is still full of dust and near the lobby in the morning it is very noisy, whether it is guests or staff. In the morning, many guests still want to rest

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The rooms and surroundings were clean, and it was easy to get food or snacks. The location is close to the roadside but not noisy. I don't know about the food, as I only booked a room. The only downside is the lack of a view, as it's still located below. However, there's a gazebo and fish pond in front of the hotel, which makes it a great place to relax.

The hotel is close to the main road, there are lots of food stalls outside the hotel, minimarkets on both sides, friendly and helpful staff, quick check-in/check-out, comfortable environment, decent swimming pool (there's a children's and adult pool). Overall, my stay here was very memorable...

Nice and comfortable, my kids love it especially the swimming pool, my kids really like it, but for the family room the cleanliness of the mattress is a bit lacking. The room should have been cleaned before anyone checked in so that the mattress was not dusty and for the floor there were also ants coming out of the floor holes, and please fix the AC again, yesterday I couldn't adjust the AC because the remote didn't work. For the yard area it's really nice, especially the view is very beautiful. I won't regret staying here again 🥰
