It seems we're expected to much of the standard of 'Singaporean friendliness' Unfortunately, that same standard clearly didn’t apply to cleanliness. Several areas, particularly the restaurant bench, elevator, some spot in the bedroom were noticeably dirty — with visible stains, dust, and grime, the lack of basic cleanliness was disappointing

A hotel with comfortable and clean rooms, quiet, friendly staff, an elevator, luggage storage after check-out. Fast check-in and check-out. 2 bottles of mineral water provided daily. Near the bus stop, about 2 minutes away, near Bendeneer station, about 5-7 minutes away. In front of the hotel there is a halal restaurant that is open 24 hours. The price is quite cheap with a good location. Highly recommended.

Hotel near MRT station, convenient bus transportation

The room is a bit too cold, and since the AC is centralized, I couldn’t really turn it down. But other than that was nice.

The staff, the room, and location are great!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, near the dining area, near the bus stop with a few steps, quite close to Lavender mrt station. But note that when booking a room on the app, I chose a room with a window, but when I checked in, it was a room without a window. The receptionist said the reason was that there were only 2 deluxe rooms with windows. So whoever arrived first got the room first, and those who were late got the room without a window. It was quite disappointing, because it was dark and I couldn't change the room because it was full. So it was acceptable because the room was quite clean. So you guys should pay attention when booking this hotel. The hotel is quite old, so you guys should pay attention.

All great, especially the staff they're so friendly, but the distance from nearest MRT station might be considered if you bring alot luggage

Really love their amenities 🫶. It’s near to met & bus station. If you come from airport , you can reach this place easy by mrt or bus, It you wanna go to Kuala Lumpur by bus , mostly the pick up point is in lavender or Kitchener compleks which is in walking distance to this hotel. There is many restaurant Around . 3 days meals just in the corner . Surely will come back again .

This was my second stay at Arcadia Hotel Singapore, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The rooms are clean and comfy, the location is super convenient, and the highlight is definitely the reception team, so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! They truly make you feel at home. Can't wait to come back again!

Youtube was having problems, my son and husband were once trapped in an elevator, the elevator was broken so we had to take the emergency stairs. It turned out the emergency stairs were still locked, it was already night, luckily it was only for a short time, and at night the receptionist was hard to call.

Comfortable room, clean toilet. Recommended

It's nice to stay here and access to MRT was near, we suggest that the bathroom could be added some lighting/lamp to make it brighter, overall we had a pleasant stay at Arcadia, thankyou 🙏

The room is very clean, the bed is quite soft and comfortable. - Complete amenities, slippers, hair dryer, rain shower Especially the bathroom amenities are L'Occitane brand, which are refilled every day. Including water, tea, coffee, but the refrigerator may be a bit small and cannot be used as a freezer. - Excellent location, near public transportation Both MRT Downtown line and East West line and bus stop Around the hotel, there are many coffee shops, bakeries, and convenience stores. Tourist attractions in Bugis and Arab Street are not far away. 1 km from the hotel, there is a riverside park, suitable for relaxation. - Excellent service staff We left our bags and came back in the evening. The staff left the bags in our booked room and turned on the air conditioner. - Security is quite high because you need a hotel key card to tap to enter the hotel door and tap to go up the elevator.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was quite spacious and clean. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy at night, and the sound could be heard from inside the room.

Staff are friendly. There are few transportation options, walking distance to the bus or MRT station. Overall, our stay is good and relaxing.
