The staff was very friendly when checking in and out.

But the elevator was broken on the last day, luckily it was on the 2nd floor, it was difficult to carry the suitcase.

The elevator was out of order during our stay, so we had to carry our luggage manually via the emergency stairs. However, overall, staying here was very comfortable, and it is close to the MRT and bus stations.

The hotel is clean even though the room is small, only serves check in at 15.00 SG time, when you arrive you can leave your suitcase first for sightseeing.. the Bendemeer area is near the Bendemeer Blue Line station.. if you want to go to Chinatown 1 line.. it is also close to the bus stop, there is a hawker near the hotel.. walk about 200 meters..

The hotel service was good and relatively friendly. The receptionist and cleaning staff were always friendly. I got room 204, which was clean and comfortable, although small and not soundproof. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to two MRT stations and a bus stop. Mustafa Center is only a 12-minute walk, and Aperia Mall is only a 6-minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very worth the money. I came earlier than the check-in time and left my luggage to stroll around, and when I came back, my luggage was already put in my room. The staff at the check-in counter is very friendly and informative. The room is clean and has a Smart TV. So close to Bendemeer MRT and Lavender MRT, even Mustafa is just less than 10 minutes' walk. Might consider staying here again. Thank you!

I got a bit anxious from reading online reviews in multiple platforms, but experienced only good things from my stay! The front desk staff and manager were friendly and helpful! They responded to our needs professionally, I left my baggage to explore the city on my last day and they kept it securely along with other guests' baggages. Minutes before the check-out time, they remind us to ensure that we check-out in time. Room is also soundproof from noises outside of the building, but activities in the corridor can sometimes be heard (knocking other room's door, people chatting with relatively loud voice, or vacuum cleaner sounds). The room size is decently comfortable for 2 people with a big space for big luggage (I was in Room 101). Cleanliness definitely wasn't a problem for me as someone who's really sensitive about hygiene, my room was really clean and cozy. However, some facilities require more attentive maintenance, such as uneven bathroom floor surface, loose shower tap, and damp wallpapers. But overall, I'm satisfied with my stay!
