Greeted with welcome snacks and drinks, enough to alleviate the slight discomfort that had arisen during check in, the room had been booked a month before through the app, taking a deluxe king bed (last month I also stayed here one night, taking 2 rooms with city view), this time I chose the one with swimming pool view and requested a non-smoking room on the top floor, when I checked in exactly at 2 o'clock, the receptionist said the non-smoking rooms were full so I was given a smoking room but it had been arranged and guaranteed to be smoke-free, okay, then for the swimming pool view it was also full, I had complained because I had booked the room a month ago, but on the day it was full but it was still said that it was full, there was only one with city view, unless you want to upgrade, then I asked, "is it really different or not, is it always the same, is the description in the app with the actual room availability?", then the receptionist answered, "yes, sometimes it's different", immediately my husband whispered but it was deliberately heard by the receptionist "okay, just give a review later", and suddenly, the receptionist said "we'll check again, ma'am", eh no After a long time, they said again, "It turns out there are still some, ma'am, with a pool view, but the position is a bit slanted." There they were. I was happy, but when I got to the room, it turned out the room still smelled of cigarettes, although not strongly, there was also an ashtray on the table indicating that it was a smoking room. But oh well, I was tired, too lazy to complain again. Thankfully, everything else was okay, so it wasn't really a problem. But hopefully in the future, Rinra Hotel can commit to providing rooms according to the description in the app, unless, as the receptionist said, the options in the app don't always match the actual ones, even if the price with the description listed, payment has been made, then that's it.
