I'm so happy I had time to sleep in Ayakan Suite. Very clean, the room has good service and I had an incident where I forgot my passport. Realizing it had been about a week, I called Ayaka Suite, thank God they kept it and now my passport is in my hands. Very trustworthy, very caring hotel. 🤗🙏🙏🙏 Thank you Ayaka Suites

This 3-star hotel is near Mega Kuningan and Lotte World. It's a quiet hotel, with most guests Indonesian, though some foreigners. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the shower has hot water. The breakfast wasn't to my liking. Overall, it's good value for money. The Grand Deluxe room offers a nice view, but the TV is an older system and can't access YouTube or Netflix.

The AC is noisy, the food is quite good, the location is close to the city, the wifi is fast, it is a bit far from the supermarket.

Always stay here when I go to Jakarta, it's really great.

It's within walking distance of Lotte Mall. A standard 3-star hotel, nothing scary.

Just tried staying here for the first time and it turned out to be really nice, I'll come here again next time.

It was a very pleasant stay here for 3 days, all the staff were friendly and responsive, and there was a free kitchen set, it was complete, there was free and complete laundry, in short, I recommend staying here.

The rooms are clean, with only a few rooms needing renovation due to their age. The parking area is spacious and strategically located in the city center, allowing easy access to everything. The hotel staff is friendly.

I really like that I can check in at 2:30.
