The location is close to tourist attractions in Lembang. The rooms are clean. It's quite cool without air conditioning. You get instant noodles. Awesome.

Strategic location. Clean and spacious rooms. Slow Wi-Fi, no cell phone signal in the room. Limited electricity, and lots of restrictions/fines in the room, like a boarding house. For that price, there are many better options. This one stay is enough.

Location on the roadside.. without AC, the air is already very cold.. Check in at 11 pm still served. Twin bed is quite big enough for two people with small children.. got 2 pop noodles, 2 small bottles of Aqua, soap and toothbrush, but no shampoo. There is a dispenser in the hallway that can refill as much as you like.. ask to borrow plates and spoons, is that allowed? The officers on duty in the morning are friendly, but the OFFICERS on duty at night do not want to help carry things, instead they just let the guests carry them themselves. Hopefully the officers on duty at night will be reprimanded on Friday night Saturday, September 19, 2025.. The cleanliness of the bathroom has been maintained because there are still hair residues in the water gutter. The TV in room no. 3 on the ground floor does not work, can not watch TV all day. otherwise okay. rate at 300 thousand weekend Friday night Saturday..

The room is spacious, clean, and roomy for a family, you can get instant noodles for midnight which is perfect for the really cold atmosphere.

Great, clean room, near Indomaret, near souvenir shops, near restaurants, in the morning it's not difficult to find breakfast, there are those who sell chicken porridge, kupat tahu, yellow rice. If you go to Lembang, you can stay here again

clean hotel water heater, tv works got free popmie 2 complete aminitis there is a balcony for my husband to smoke I brought 2 children quite comfortable got the front room not disturbed by noise but happy friendly staff want to buy food and snacks outside the hotel there are all next if I go to Lembang order at this hotel again it's just a shame I didn't get breakfast hehe

The air in the room and hotel area is very cold, cool even though there is no AC. The room is quite spacious. Plus during our 2-night stay there it rained every night. So it got even colder. 🤩 The room is quite clean, no dust. There is a room cleaning service every day. Free! In each room there are chairs, tables, wardrobes, buffets for the television, and doors to the balcony. Not only that, towels, toothbrushes, plus bonus popmie, coffee and tea are always renewed every day during our stay. My children are also happy and happy to stay at the hotel because it is so comfortable, the air is cool and there is a television. I also noticed that in each room that is not being booked, every morning the front door and balcony door are always opened to get good air circulation so it is not stuffy. Overall, I am very satisfied and not disappointed to choose Alpha Classica. If I have time to go to Bandung again, maybe I will choose this hotel again. Hopefully the hotel's services and facilities can be improved again. Continue to be successful and glorious.

The size of the room we chose was quite spacious. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. There was a leak in the shower hose. The water heater temperature was unstable, often going up and down the hot/cold level itself.

The room is spacious and has a balcony, you get 2 clean towels, there is also hot water, free instant noodles, tea and coffee. It's a shame the wifi doesn't reach the room.
