Good recommendation, comfortable, quiet

Exciting and comfortable, especially when the tide is high

It's a pretty good place to stay. I was in a more basic room which was reasonable for the price. The restaurant was excellent. The state of the mangroves was abysmal, but that's not necessarily the hotel's fault. It's pretty good for transiting for one night.

Nice view but Safety is not guaranteed, the wooden bridge for access to the rooms and other facilities is rotten so it needs serious maintenance, my mother almost fell into the sea during high tide because the wooden bridge suddenly collapsed and collapsed. And more attention is paid to the facilities to go to the room using a train to carry suitcases, it turns out to be paid and because the hotel is in the marine fisheries service area, an entrance ticket is charged per person and per car and the entry and exit tickets are only valid for 24 hours.

It's actually really nice, unfortunately it's not well maintained so that the buildings and infrastructure, which are 90 percent made of wood, are mostly rotten. I even got stuck in rotten wood when I was walking, which resulted in a wound on my foot... and when I walk I have to be extra careful + my heart is pounding... because I'm afraid of getting stuck in rotten wood again.

The room is quite spacious, the cleanliness is quite okay, the towels and linens seem to need updating. The view in the morning is really good, the lights in the afternoon are suitable for taking pictures. But when the sea recedes, there is a distinctive smell of the sea that is quite pungent. You can have early CI at 12 noon, this means a lot. But CO is at 11 am, unlike most other hotels that can have CO at 12 noon. Overall everything is okay, hopefully the overall hotel maintenance can be improved.

This place is super run down. It felt like a ghost town. Everything is falling apart and they do only the very necessary to keep it running. Staff barely spoke English and service was not existent.

for the check in time at 1 pm, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, but the wifi signal is bad (maybe because the router is far from my room), the TV is blurry (the screen is a bit bluish), then be careful when putting food on the table because there are lots of small ants (they quickly swarm if there is food on the table), there is a large refrigerator, food can be stored there to avoid ants. other than that it's okay.

I was disappointed, I do not recommend. Staff were unfriendly and they requested money to get luggage to the room. Feel sick after the food also. No hygiene. Refund would be good and I will remove the bad review.

I love this place. the rooms are spacious, clean. Even though the surrounding area is mangrove forest, there are no mosquitoes in the room at all. the view at this resort is amazing. at night, the lights are very beautiful. the food is delicious, the fish meatballs are the best. actually there are lots of activities, but many have closed since covid. I hope this place returns to its former glory soon. Bee Jay Bakau Resort, you are the best

Beejay's location is quite far from the city center, but it is a very memorable place because it is in a mangrove forest area. There are many spots that can be visited while staying here, and even though it was cloudy during the visit, the view was very beautiful. The only drawback is that the cottage seems old. And less maintained, so it is not very clean. But with the price offered, it is quite comparable.

A nice and interesting place, especially the atmosphere at night and in the morning. A suggestion might be to provide clothes hangers or a wardrobe rack to put clothes in.

The view is beautiful. Epic for relaxing.

Anyway, the vibes and ambience are really good. The food in the cafe is just okay. The accommodation is really good. Will definitely come back sometime.
