Good service!!! Clean rooms. Ample parking.

The room and facilities are worth the price. I purchased for a stay from December 25-27, 2025, which was during the high season, but I still managed to get a good price. I took a train that arrived at 3 AM and arrived around 4 AM on the 26th, but was still well served, via WhatsApp and during check-in at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was simple, the room was spacious and clean, but it was a shame that my room was at the end of the building, so the WiFi signal was poor. Overall, everything was okay.

I'd just arrived and I was already upset because my room was suddenly occupied without confirmation. Then I got a room that couldn't be locked, and luckily none of my belongings were missing, but it was a bit scary. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, the AC wasn't cold, the breakfast wasn't much, and there wasn't a staff member in charge at the restaurant. Maybe the employees here need more training so there's no more excuse for new people.

I deliberately chose a suite room for comfort, but I had to move to a superior room at 2 am because the electricity suddenly went out, the AC wouldn't turn on... even when I moved rooms, the AC leaked.

The hotel's strategic location and quiet atmosphere are enough for families and business people to rest.

The hotel is near the Harjamukti terminal, so it's about 4 km from the city center. There aren't many food options nearby, but the hotel menu doesn't seem too expensive. Prices on Trvloka are cheaper than on the official Sapadia website, so it's better to use Trvloka, hehe. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, and parking is available right in front of the room. The room was fairly clean, with fragrant linens. The bathroom was muddy due to a broken exhaust, and the blue light above the TV (for some unknown reason) was glaring. However, the plus side of this hotel is the low price for a room with a small refrigerator and a fairly well-stocked minibar, although the cups lacked teaspoons or other stirring utensils. Toiletries were quite complete (soap, shampoo, toothbrush). The staff was friendly, thank you for the good experience here. Cons: - mosquitoes in the room, although only 1 or 2 cm. - exhaust fan was broken.

I love the hotel's atmosphere. Parking is available in front of the rooms, and the rooms are comfortable.
