Great, clean room suitable for family

The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the first night the water was not hot, the second night it was hot, the food was delicious.

A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The location is not far from the city center and tourist attractions. The call to prayer (adhan) is always soothing, and the room also has a prayer mat, prayer robe, sarong, and Quran. The food is delicious and varied. We were lucky enough to get a free New Year's Eve dinner. Initially, we were offered a fee, but then we were told by phone that it was free for room guests. Thank God, jazakallah. We did try to order dinner because it was raining heavily, so we couldn't buy food from the hotel or online, as the driver refused. The food took a while to be served; we waited 1.5 hours for 4 rice bowls and 1 portion of grilled chicken, even though it was very late and we were hungry. Overall, the food was delicious and the hotel was comfortable.

Please improve the service, especially the room AC and hot water. The room AC is not cold enough.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and you can have dinner, plus it's close to everywhere.

awesome.... nice hotel, comfy bedroom. around the hotel there are many restaurants like AYCE, Koyok Kakkoii, Kaizen and Oharang. what we like is that there are many pillows on each bed, unlike most hotels where there is only one pillow... complete wardrobe and electric kettle

This hotel is quite good because it's close to the mall. The receptionist and housekeeping service are EXCELLENT, providing prompt assistance, from room selection to very fast laundry services. Perhaps needs improvement. 1. The hallway leading to the room was very hot because the AC wasn't working. 2. The bathroom faucet was broken. 3. The towels need to be replaced. 4. The elevators are very limited, even though there are three, so you have to wait in line for quite a while. The food menu is adequate. Hopefully, it will improve.

When I got out of the elevator to go to my room, the carpet smelled wet and musty all the way.

Thank God, there are prayer equipment.

This 4-star hotel doesn't meet the criteria. 1. The reception staff at check-in were unfriendly and sullen. 2. The hotel doesn't have an EDC machine for transactions. 3. The carpet is very dirty. 4. I stayed for 1 night, but the students continued on to a 10-day tutoring camp from December 14-24.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, cold AC, but the location is a bit far from Malioboro, about 10 minutes, the breakfast is delicious.

so far it's comfortable, the guests at breakfast seem to be groups and families so it's more comfortable when bringing the family to spend the night here

There was no security when checking in at night, the bathroom was quite dirty, and there were cockroaches :( The room floor was carpeted, with staples still in the corners, and it was dusty :(
