Clean and worth staying here

The room & bed are comfortable, the toilet is clean & the shower is strong, the uniqueness of this room is that the toilet sink is outside the bathroom, the room has enough space for prayer compared to before... overall, this third stay is satisfactory.

Comfortable bed & cool aircon, just a bit small room for prayer room..overall, a satisfactory stay, repeat for the second time..👍

Lucky me, this hotel didn't give me any check-in problems despite my very late timing of check-in. The room was comfy and great, clean, and worth its price. All went well without any issues, loved the way its receptionist's welcoming attitude and help even though I'm a foreigner here. Thank you Urban Inn Kulim! 😘

My second night staying after coming back from Dhyana Ashram (Karangan, Kedah). Worth the price, cleanliness was great, budget room (hence not too spacious yet still comfy) I tried this time was more than enough for short transit before heading to another city. No restaurant service here, so we had to go outside or order online. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Nice welcoming me, a foreigner there. Thank you Urban Inn Kulim! 🥰

Check-in & check-out smooth. Deposit required when check-in. TV channel limited. Coway provided at the pantry. So far, recommended 👍🏼.

Comfortable, but cramped. Difficult to pray. Budget room.

Room was clean and comfortable enough for 2 people at a price of 77/night. Would definitely consider booking again.

The rooms are nice, spacious, clean, the only minus is that the lobby is not friendly

- there is always no water - unsatisfactory employee service - no mineral water in the room - there are only 2 pillows, not just 1 pillow - no closet to hang clothes and store clothes - no small towels *too many weaknesses and shortcomings. *I was supposed to sit 3h2m but had to leave early for unavoidable reasons. When I checked out of the hotel reception, he kept saying that I had to pay RM20 because I came out late in an hour. I asked why I had to pay when I was supposed to leave tomorrow, he still insisted that I leave late. Say bright and bright again. Only then did he understand. From here, you can see the weakness of the staff because when you receive a card from a customer check on the room name PC, you shouldn't keep talking. People made a mistake. When people explain, they are still firm, they don't want to listen anymore. Although it's a small thing, but the way it works and the service is wrong. Please the hotel to monitor the way the staff work

The hotel always ran out of water in the morning. Can't take a shower. Its like we were having water disruptions. No alternative actions plan taken by the hotel management.

I can't snap picture when I arrived at hotel .. totally this hotel very good to stay , room so big, few times I check in this hotel .. so far was very good , I will come again.

Room is spacious & clean, but the setback is the mattress - we could feel the spring of the mattress & could not sleep the whole night.

Everything's good. Shower function well. Nice to stay.
