Overall, it was pleasant. The rooms and equipment were clean and fragrant. The facilities were quite complete. The kids had time to play ATV and paintball and airsoft shooters. The only downside was the breakfast menu, which didn't have much variety.

Plus: Villa is spacious, weather nice, location is good, lunch at restaurant with normal price (Common and not too. Expensive), smart TV and fast wifi. Minus: old room, many insects (ants, flies), hardly can sleep due to noise from street, sound of motor sport and few noisy motorcycles very disturbing. Breakfast variety is poor with coffee machine broke/not working. Bathroom shower take longer for hot water and sprayer already not work perfectly.

I only stayed for one night because I wanted to go to Lembang zoo, and it was already night time, the bathroom was checked by the officer who escorted me before entering, the hot water was said to be okay, but it turned out the drain was clogged, the shower water was small, the bathroom was flooded, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, I wanted to complain because it was already night and I was tired, in the morning the hot water didn't come out, even though the water was very cold 🤪 I wanted to check out in front of the receptionist and there were many other guest cars parked in a mess, there were officers but they let them be, my experience of staying here was complete 😆 I suggest that before giving it to guests, it's better to check all the facilities considering the price is also not cheap, thank you.

The hotel concept is bungalows, comfortable, clean rooms. I took the deluxe one for a million. Just a suggestion, for a price of one million there should be swimming pool facilities, a good playground for children and a wider variety of breakfast. Yesterday breakfast didn't include cake and Koko krunch for the little ones.

Dengan harga sejutaan sepertinya penginapan lain bisa menyediakan fasilitas yang lebih baik:)• kebersihan kamar luar biasa ✨ nice banget.• suasana adem, asri, nyaman.• lokasi kamar deluxe dekat dengan area outbond dan lokasi Sindang Reret dekat Brimob. Pagi sd siang berisik banget:(Menurut saya cocok untuk keluarga yang ada anak-anak kecil. Buat couple atau family dengan lansia, suara-suara mengganggu banget.• Exhaust fan gak berfungsi baik di kamar saya atau kamar sebelah (kamar orangtua saya)• Air panas terkendala, mesti panggil engineer buat benerin dulu, lalu pas nyala sebentar banget, cuma bisa dipake mandi singkat 1 orang 🥲 padahal lembang dingin banget. Food 3 out of 4. Enakk semua. Emang dari dulu langganan di sini sih kalau makan. Kebetulan makannya pagi sd jam 11 jadi gak terasa ramai. Breakfast enak, bubur ayam, masakan indo dan lain-lain enak. Minusnya adalah banyak banget lalat. Agak PR makan sambil syuhsyuh lalat yang banyak. Will be back for the resto. 💗.
