Everything is good, only the bed is too small for 4 people.

kids friendly hotel, especially the pool with slide. the room is small, but comfortable .the design is beautiful. the lift is fast. check in and check out is easy. but the parking is limited. overall, satisfied with the hotel

I prefer to stay at V8 hotel as it is very convenient to go to Singapore using Second Link. This hotel also allows late check-in as I usually arrive at 2-3 AM in the morning.

There are many eateries around the location, midway between Legoland and JB. The rooms are spacious. However, the staff is not very friendly.

The hotel is close to Legoland, the airport and the JPO. I only use Grab to go everywhere, the fare is around 30 RM.

The location is quite ok, close to fast food restaurants and durian center 😍. There is a children's pool with a slide.

There are many food places around the hotel, so if you bring children, the food will still be healthy and well maintained.

Waiter for bfast only one person. He was including for prepare the food, cleaning table and also checking the guest list for bfast. The security at hotel only standing nit even help at all while we take luggage from or in to the car. He just only watching.

The location is close to McD and FC.

The hotel staff was responsive in providing services. On the first day the sheets seemed to have not been changed and there were blood stains and dirt, I felt itchy. On the second day I asked for a change and the receptionist immediately sent a cleaning service to replace the sheets. Overall, the room and the hotel environment are okay.

There is a smoking smell in the room, other than that all good.

When arrived parked my car and there is a lady rush out tell me here not allowed to park than I relied her how come not allowed there is also vehicle parked here . her reply was this car is my director car. When I tell her that the car park is fulled I being makeing more than 2 to 3 round at this Hotel car park and I really unable to get a lot . she just keep telling me no no no. cannot park cannot park . I am so upsad by her way respond . When come to check in time she was the one to serve us . So I believe she must be unhappy with our earlier dispute and assigned me with a dirty smelly room with full of smoking smell room and the toilet even worse that water overflow when shower . My worse stay in V8 on 16/5/25 Friday

The staff is very nice, friendly, very helpful. For bringing family with children, this hotel is highly recommended.

Check out and check in took a long time, every time the staff asked, they would always wait a while.

The main issue is the staffing. This hotel cannot find the right persons with the right attitude. It reflects on the management in the end.
