Pros: The resort has complete amenities and friendly staff. The location is easy to find, but somewhat hidden, so it's quiet and free from the noise of vehicles on the main road. Cons: During peak school holiday season, with hectic visitors, cleanliness becomes a priority. Furthermore, there's a lot of small pieces of trash that aren't picked up by the staff. The floor of LL One Restaurant is often covered in food waste, making it slippery. The restroom hallway near the ballroom where the kids' activities take place smells fishy, as if the mop water or mop wasn't cleaned properly, making the floor smelly. The restroom itself uses a pleasant jasmine perfume. What a shame :( It seems they're understaffed during peak season.

Overall, it's ok. It meets the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The only downside is that there aren't many areas to explore.

Friendly staff, hopefully more solution-oriented

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Got a room on the side of the road and it was noisy, what was going to open the balcony door was actually a lot of motorbike and car noise, the sink in the bathroom was clogged. For a 5 star hotel, they gave very little soap, shampoo, product tester models - The TV is also very complicated to watch Netflix you have to change it using the cursor on the remote (should be able to change it to a real android TV) - Lastly, the most annoying thing was when we were about to check out, we were still in the room, someone knocked on the door and the housekeeper opened the door without us opening it (we were still in the room) - For food, the breakfast menu was varied and delicious, there was also a yogurt station, there were many pastry choices, and there were also many coffee choices, but mostly the service was the most lacking in my opinion. For this price, I think you can go to other places with good service.

This family-friendly hotel in Bogor offers no opening and closing restrictions and no odd-even traffic rules. It has a spacious pool with plenty of options for both adults and children. It has complete amenities and offers kids' activities.
