old building..needs renovation especially the interior...the room has spiders, mosquitoes, and feels stuffy..the bathroom hot water keeps disappearing, there are no towels and other bathroom supplies...the sleeping place has a thin pillow, unpleasant smell, the sheets are full of maps...and there is no wifi... A new experience for me, at 6 am there are already lots of breakfast snacks arriving..chicken porridge, steamed buns, milk sponge cakes, coffee, tea..at 3 pm there are Malang meatballs..unique too 😁

It's very different from the photo, it's really not tidy, the grass is long, when you enter the room it's like the room hasn't been used for a long time, it's stuffy and dusty. I won't be like that again...

Staff service was quite good, parking was adequate. A few comments: - Hot water was broken/an error, according to the staff. - Room cleanliness was very dusty. - Lighting was poor, as there were no lights in front of the bathroom and the entrance. - Blankets and sheets were stained. There are actually many more things that could be improved.

The place is actually spacious, with ample parking, and close to all the tourist attractions in Lembang. It would be much better if the room cleanliness was more attentive. The sheets looked unwashed, the floor was dirty, and the desk drawers had cigarette ash marks. The bathroom had little water, no hangers, and the bathroom floor was also dirty. The service was quite good, friendly, and responsive.

The price is quite affordable... Please install the water heater in the bathroom for comfort. The environment could be cleaner, it's quite nice with lots of shady trees, but they need to be kept clean. There are lots of fallen leaves that aren't cleaned up.

Overall, it's good, worth it for the price... The bathroom water heater doesn't work, so it's difficult to take a shower.

The room is just enough for resting, booked 2 rooms. In the other room, the bathroom water was not working, because we checked in at night and were tired, so we took turns using the toilet in one room. When we wanted to check out, there was no staff on duty at the reception desk. So we just left the key in the room because there was no deposit.

When I entered the room, it smelled of dust. I didn't get mineral water, the blanket was full of yellow, I don't know what, there were strands of hair on the floor, but the hot water was working, the TV was clear and good, there was a shop nearby but it was very expensive, it is recommended to bring mineral water.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the place is quite okay, the bed and bathroom are comfortable, the water heater works well, the TV also works well, security is also okay.

I really don't recommend staying here, the room smells, the sheets haven't been changed and are dirty, the pillowcase smells of someone's head, the bathroom door can't be closed
