Suitable for transit. Friendly and communicative staff. For breakfast, the menu is standard, there is a free ice cream allowance of 1 pc per room, the coffee is quite good. There is free airport delivery until 9 am maximum. Got a smoking room, it was a bit suffocating, yes. The door to the room was a bit sluggish, it took some effort to open and close the door. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom is standard, according to the price. Hot water for the shower and sink is decent, the room air conditioning works well. The breakfast menu is standard.

I've stayed here twice. So far, it's been comfortable. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the service is friendly. I'll definitely stay here every time I visit Batam.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It was pleasant, satisfying, and affordable. It's about 60,000 Rupiah from the airport by taxi. It's family-friendly. There's an elevator to help those with lots of luggage and the elderly. The food is quite good.

There were mosquitoes in the room, and the ceiling leaked a lot, making me reconsider my booking. It made sleeping uncomfortable. Hopefully, this hotel will improve in the future. Keep up the good work.
