For the staff there who don't speak English, it's suggested to just say something simple about what you need or what help you need. The staff are responsive. My suggestion for those who want to try Sevel food is not to take breakfast from the hotel because Sevel is very close to the hotel. Overall, I spent 6 days here buying Sevel for breakfast, if you want to go to Pratunam Morning Market, it's also very close by walking -+10. There are also many morning snacks. BTS Ratchathewi is also close and can be accessed on foot, if you're tired you can use Grab for less than 30 baht.

I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, during that time the room was never cleaned, even if I left it until noon or even until the afternoon, I always didn't get to clean the room, I could only ask for a drink refill and a towel change. The phone in the room was really shrill, the sound was on auto loudspeaker and there was a screeching sound, I don't recommend this, there are still many other hotels around there, the neighboring hotels also seem to be better and the price is not much different.

Four days in Bangkok felt even better staying at Cubic Pratunam Hotel. The location is one of the best things about this hotel. It’s just a short walk to Pratunam Market and Platinum Fashion Mall, which made shopping incredibly easy. Even places like CentralWorld and the city center are still within walking distance, so exploring Bangkok felt very effortless. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always helpful whenever needed. The room was clean and tidy, which made the stay feel relaxing after long days out in the city. Small details also made a difference—the air conditioning was cold and worked perfectly, and the hot water in the shower was strong and consistent, which was really nice after walking around Bangkok all day. Overall, Cubic Pratunam Hotel is a great and convenient place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the Pratunam shopping area while still being able to walk easily to many places in central Bangkok.

The facilities are old, and the hotel had an unpleasant smell. I could not sleep well for almost three nights because of the noise from the air conditioner’s outdoor units attached to the window

The service and facilities are actually good, but they're poorly maintained. The towels aren't changed every day. The room was cleaned in the afternoon, arriving at 3:30 PM and the room still hadn't been cleaned.

Room is neat and clean. Staffs are very welcoming. Location is the best thing from this hotel, very near to pratunam market and bts ratchachewi (can be reached by walk). Poor wifi connection. Better to prepare your own internet data.

The room was fairly spacious and acceptable, but the furniture was a bit outdated. The location is convenient, close to the central market. However, the soundproofing was very poor. I was disturbed by noise from nearby rooms after 11–12 PM every night and couldn’t sleep for four nights. Even minor activities could be heard clearly late at night due to the terrible sound insulation. If the hotel could improve the soundproofing to help guests rest better, it would be a great improvement.
