Saya pesan 2 kamar vip double bed di beri kamar twinbed, receptionis seperti gak bisa kerja di tanya tidak paham, konfirmasi soal kamar sangat lama. Akhirnya di jawab kamar tersedia hanya twinbed padahal resesvasi via aplikasi vip double bed. Ya karena saya sudah bayar mau tidak mau kami tetap menginap di sini. Menyesal saya memesan di hotel ini, pelayanan jelek sekali, kamar bernyamuk, air kamar mandinya kaya air menetes saja.
