Very friendly hotel staff, SOP, very helpful when we need it, all the hotel staff are nice

The senior hotel staff who were ready to answer the phone quickly when I wanted to change rooms because there was a cigarette smell, quickly replaced me with a better room.

Check-in time is not complicated, and check-out is also easy, I don't like the queue for the elevator which is always full.

The staff were very helpful during evening check-in, breakfast and check-out (because we asked for permission to pray Dhuhr first).

The hotel staff was very friendly in serving us during breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the service is fast and precise.

I stayed here for 5 nights, occupying two rooms. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, and the attentive and friendly staff, especially Teh Amoy. It's a shame they don't have a smart TV yet. They still use plastic bottles. The breakfast was less than satisfying, especially the plain chicken porridge, which doesn't match the signature Bandung chicken porridge. The sweet soy sauce was also bottled, taking a long time to pour, especially when the contents were almost gone. If I may suggest, store the sweet soy sauce in a bowl and use a spoon to scoop it out. It's convenient. I feel sorry for the elderly guests who are already experiencing joint problems in their hands. Only two elevators operate to the upper floors, so there's a long queue during critical hours.

For the rooms, the standards are like the hotel standards in general.

The room is small, the hot water doesn't work properly, maybe because it's full, I stayed here on purpose because they said the breakfast was good, but it turned out to be lacking, the service at the restaurant was friendly, the elevator was always full, so I finally wanted to have breakfast. I went down from the 8th floor to the 1st floor. The rest is like that. If asked if I would stay here again? I think I'd try another hotel first

The hotel is very strategic at the Pasteur toll gate, I have stayed there many times and the swimming pool is very popular with children and adults, the food is very varied and all delicious.

It's awesome, nice, and enjoyable here.
