City center location, clean, comfortable rooms and food to match

A comfortable hotel and most suitable for family stays, there is a swimming pool especially for children.

quite a long queue for check-in/out especially check in. Please mind the employee provision timing. 150.000 Rupiahs for breakfast is I think rather much. overall I'm satisfied.

The swimming pool is the best! An infinity pool with chlorine-free water, so your eyes don't hurt even without goggles. The gym is fully equipped and great, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The rooms are spacious, clean, and smell great, with cool AC. The service is fast and friendly. If you want to watch a movie, just cross the street to Lippo Plaza. My kids love staying here! The room rates are a bit pricey 😅, but it's worth it with all the amenities and comfort offered. So far, it's still the second best hotel in Medan after the JW Marriott 👍

The hotel is clean and well-appointed, with good facilities. The only downside was that when I booked on Traveloka, there was a note about a King room. The hotel didn't provide the information, so I got a twin room. Probably a Traveloka error. A 500,000 IDR deposit is required, which requires cash or a credit card; no QR code or debit card. Breakfast was lacking in taste, and I think the food variety is a bit lacking for a decent hotel.
