I booked a 5-night stay for my health recovery. I requested a reschedule, but the service was poor.because I was emailed by Singapore General Hospital to return to the hospital

It was great. Upon entering, the hotel smelled wonderful. There was no shortage of drinking water, as there was water available right next to the sink.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a pleasant aroma. I really liked the lobby’s interior, it felt welcoming and stylish. My room was spotless and spacious, perfect for my nuclear family, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, I did notice an issue with the bathroom floor level. There was no proper slope, causing water from the toilet to flow outside and make the floor wet. For breakfast, I enjoyed the variety of food and the pleasant ambience. I also took my kids to the pool, and they had a great time. Overall, if you’re looking for a place to rest and simply hibernate, this is the perfect hotel.

The rooms are large and spacious, the cleanliness is excellent, and the pool is beautiful and the water is clear. I'll be back in October 2025.

Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at Ve Hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. However, no one helped me carry my own luggage, and restaurant orders took time to be brought to my room.

comfortable location & good service comfortable bed & try breakfast on the last day rm 55 per person food is quite varied just for the price a little bit high. Overall like to stay at VE and will come back again.
