Staff bad service, toilet so dirty.

Not good, water leaking, smell cigarette, receptionist not friendly

Unsatisfactory, aircond is not cold, no kettle, no drinking water.

To enter the hotel is very dirty and filled with rubbish and in the plug room there is no function.

Very near Melawati Mall, banks, restaurant.. Decent for the price a paid.. have good wifi speed, ac.. expect worse (eg. shared bath, no ac, single bed)

Aircon leaking. TV remote not working. Dirty.

Got rodents and a few so frightening at night they come out...

Good so far. Will come again next time.

Pillows have to be replace cos too soft and life span already expired

They forget to put soap everytime I check in.

Extremely damp cushions and rough bath towels mcm floor wipes.

The pillow is worn out and also the towel.

The hotel is ok just like things like bath towels and sheets are very sick.

Tank bath towels and bed sheets are also torn pillows.
