Staff is friendly, TV is dark so it's uncomfortable to watch.

It remains a favorite hotel and a top choice for events/activities in Cilacap. Very satisfied with the price and the facilities. This was my first time trying a Deluxe Room. The room was spacious and quite clean, equipped with a long, soft bench. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. I also tried breakfast at the restaurant, which was quite good with a wide variety. What was special for me were the two types of coffee served: one from a coffee machine and one from a decanter. Both coffees offer different characteristics and types, but are equally delicious for breakfast. The facilities are quite good; I used the swimming pool and fitness facilities, which feature several new and up-to-date equipment, making working out much more enjoyable. Some things that still need attention are: 1. Security staff are still unresponsive. The incident from my previous stay recurred, where the security staff were busy with their phones and failed to direct incoming vehicles. When leaving, I encountered a car that was entering through the exit lane. Of the five times I exited the parking lot, only twice was I accompanied by security to exit the hotel. Even then, the security guard seemed hesitant to walk me across the street or out of the hotel grounds. 2. A communication device (intercom/phone) is needed in the pool area. While using the pool facilities, I had difficulty requesting a pool towel. I had to go down to the restaurant twice and find HK staff on each floor (I met HK staff on the 6th floor who were helpful) to request a pool towel. 3. The restaurant's cleanliness could be improved, as there was still dirt (dust and spots/moss) on the floor and glass wall behind the sofa. Despite the above concerns, I still find this hotel an excellent choice for accommodation. I highly recommend this hotel to family or friends visiting Cilacap. Hopefully, there will be further improvements when I return.

The rooms are comfortable & spacious, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious, the location is not right in the middle of the crowd but it is comfortable.

Hopefully the reception staff and others can continue to be friendly and pleasant, whatever the conditions...

Front desk officer Julian was very helpful with checking in and out, and prepared a room with a great view. I highly recommend checking in at Fave Hotel Cilacap. The staff is very informative and friendly.
