The service was good, but the air conditioning wasn't cool enough. The rooms could use a renovation, as they looked worn in some areas. The TV channels were also mediocre. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

The music in this hotel and its surroundings is too disturbing to sleep peacefully.

The location is excellent, located in the heart of the city, near Sintang Market. However, the cafe in front of the hotel plays music until dawn, making it a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, is delicious, and well-stocked, and the restaurant is open 24/7, which is very helpful for guests. Overall, the service is quite friendly, and check-in and check-out are easy.

Hotel rooms are not well maintained

The hotel staff, from the doorbell and reception staff to the room service and restroom staff, were friendly. Unfortunately, I was disturbed by noises from above and next door at night. It would be better if each room was soundproofed to ensure privacy and allow guests to rest more comfortably.
