The staff was nice, but the hotel's cleanliness and tidiness could use some improvement. For example, the bedcover wasn't very clean (the part that usually folds when pulled back was brown), the curtains had holes in them, and the bathroom wasn't very clean (the door had holes in the edge, and the inside of the door was damp).
