The staff is nice but stiff.. the bathroom is not very clean.. the iron is heavily rusted.. the shower water is hot.

The room is quite spacious, can accommodate 3 adults, right next to the hotel is Klopen Mart (kind of like Alfamart) and there is a delicious lalapan & fried rice stall right next to the hotel. When you wake up early in the morning, you can go straight to Klojen Market, which is only 600 m from the hotel👍

I've stayed here several times, but yesterday the service was different, it wasn't very friendly.

Base on location, the position actually very strategist. It is inside city center and close with many vacility, specially close to hospital Lavalette. But unfortunately, the hotel was not so clean inside the building. Many dust on the floor outside the room, not clean properly. The bathroom have some issue with the shower head (it was replace with other shower head but still have an issue as well but better condition compare with previously), the floor was slippery, and most of the parts was not properly maintenance. The bedroom painting was not fresh, some area was get wet, specially opposite of bathroom. Perking area was OK even there was no security on the place. Hope in the future can be better again.

no TV and internet Wi-Fi, dirty bed cover and towel. Priceless, not recommend at all. I booked for 2 rooms with 4 adults, but when I checked in, the room changed by the hotel without confirmation before.

Room: The toilet was not clean, the bedcover also had dirty marks Checkout: Not even 12 o'clock but we were immediately told to leave.

The room is messy, not cleaned, the toilet is dirty and rundown.

Give a clear hotel phone number so that you can confirm directly with the hotel. Pay attention to the occupants, whether they want to be cleaned or not. Don't wait downstairs to borrow a broom first.

The bed sheets have lots of stains.

The check in & out process was easy, the room was quite clean, there were only a few strands of hair on the floor, there were no slippers, towels and toothpaste available, the hotel atmosphere was dimly lit 😅.

Pelayanan baik, kamar luas, dpt teh anget dan roti walaupun pajet yg tanpa sarapan, pegawai ramah dan helpful.

Kamar hotel penuh sarang laba-laba besar dan gorden robek-robek serta kotor. Kayak kamar hantu. Alasan petugasnya karena tidak pernah ada yang ambil tipe itu. 🫣🫣.

Deket dengan rs lavalete. Tinggal jalan kaki aja.

Kebersihan kamar dan kamar mandi perlu di tingkatkan. Kamar mandi licin. Tidak disediakan sabun, pasta gigi. Untuk fasilitas kurang. Request tidak di penuhi minta di hias tapi tidak ada hiasan di tempat tidur, alasan pihak hotel request tidak masuk di aplikasi.
