I mean, I booked the hotel without knowing it's a tourist area, but everything was fine and quiet. First, they got me a room with a small TV, but then they agreed to give me a room with a bigger TV. I needed to deposit 1000 Baht due to policies, but I needed the Baht back, and they happily switched it into USD for me. To be honest, the hotel isn't worth 4 stars, more like 3 stars-ish, but cheap and affordable for the great location (Center Bangkok). But the staff was so helpful and offered us the best they had. I was so happy with the staff.

I booked the wrong number of days. I have a request to reduce the number of days booked and support me to refund the days I booked wrongly but I was not supported and the response processing is very slow.

Good value, great location, rooms are clean and neat. I'll definitely come back here again.

I chose to book here as I've stayed here a few times in the past. Price is fair including breakfast at around 1200 baht a night. Room was clean and comfortable. No problems whatsoever. Also the breakfast was fine, a little basic but enough to satisfy most people. It 's likely I'll be back.

Old room, old hotel, not as beautiful as in the review

We booked a so called Deluxe room. The room was old and it lacked maintenance. The Deluxe accommodation (and the Deluxe Price we payed) had only backpackers Hostel Quality. Breakfast was poor, staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. You should better book a very cheap hostel.
